Canadian Parents for French is excited to announce the project launch of “French Footprints: FSL in the Early Years” in partnership with Families Canada and 123 Petits Pas. This impactful project sets its focus on highlighting the importance of early French-language learning and offering children transitioning into school a strong springboard toward a brighter bilingual future.
Research has proven that early exposure to play-based French learning opportunities leads to greater social, emotional, and academic success. With the increase of life opportunities afforded by learning languages – in addition to those linked to early learning in general – why would Canadian families not want to maximize possibilities for their young children by selecting options that feature a second language?

Our Parent Resource Hub is designed to provide families responsive resources to help facilitate introducing French to their little ones through engaging activities! Continue to check out this page as new resources will be added regularly.
